Too near or too far?

One moment, I feel I am too near to the path leading to my goal,
It’s when I can feel my soul dancing to the song that best describes my role,
It’s when my inner joy turns me in an ecstatic mode,
It’s when I can feel all my longings disappear, because it seems I am too near to my home.

But…

The other moment, I feel, I am too far away from my goal,
It’s when I feel so lost as life’s signals become so difficult to decode,
It’s when the lurking confusion is hard to ignore,
It’s when I feel a deep urge to get out of this rigmarole,
It’s when my heart longs to find a way to my home, sweet home.

Am I too near or too far?
I am sure, the answer to this question will be revealed to me in a glorious hour,
Till then I will keep moving with hope, courage and a strong will to find my way by using my inner radar.
I am sure, there’ll be a moment in time when it’ll be neither too near nor too far…:)
